Cathy McCarthy is a board certified nutritional consultant and lifestyle coach. She is a frequent contributor on News 12 Connecticut, "12 on Health" with anchor woman Gillian Neff.
Cathy will listen to your health concerns and address your issues including emotional and physical symptoms. You'll learn practical lifestyle habits and receive advice and recommendations that will improve your overall wellness. Cathy has experience with adult and pediatric nutrition and can offer private or telephone consultations for clients with distance or time constraints. .
In addition to private consultations, Cathy offers guidance for adults and children who want to improve their lifestyle through group classes, seminars, and individual consultations. Cathy is a classroom educator and conducts nutrition classes in the Farifield County area. She has helped improve the lives of people with chronic health concerns, stress and anxiety, athletes, obseity, digestive issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, allergies, new mother's, children with special needs, ADD, autism, and those who want to improve their lives and prevent disease. In addition, Cathy is a motivational speaker and empowers people to make positive lifestyle changes to improve their health & well being.
